Reggie Bush to be stripped


The former University of Southern California (USC) running back Reggie Bush be stripped of his Heisman Trophy in 2005 this month, according to a report Tuesday.
Bush became the first player in the history of 75 years of the grant to receive the dramatic penalty.

College sports governing body of the NCAA major violations found in the USC football program in June, leading to sanctions.
Two sources close to the Heisman Trophy Trust, said Yahoo! Sports that their investigation was nearing its end, and would agree with the decision of the NCAA that Bush was not eligible in 2005.
The sources said that the honor of the season may not be covered. Texas quarterback Vince Young finished second in the vote, but Bush had a huge advantage (784-79) in first-place votes.
Bush met with representatives of the reports, Heisman last month, although details of that meeting are not known.
In July, the administration announced that USC will return your copy of Bush's Heisman to trust.
