Lfo Singer Dies Updates

It was a sad day in the world of pop on Wednesday, as the news spread by Rich Cronin, lead singer and composer of LFO once ubiquitous 1999 pop hit "Summer Girls", died after a long battle with leukemia. He was only 35 years old and left a legacy of pop songs that are loaded sadly underrated unfortunately claim the name of the group (the letters stood for "Lyte Funky Ones) and the lyrics too smart for their biggest hit (" New Kids on the Block had a bunch of hits / Chinese food makes me sick. ")
Born and raised outside Boston, Cronin LFO formed late 90's with his friends Brad Fischetti and Devin Lima. His self-titled debut was an immediate and decisive "Summer Girls" a huge hit (it reached number three on the Billboard Hot 100) and moves over two million copies. Also scored a hit with "Girl on TV", which was about Jennifer Love Hewitt (who also participated in the video).
