The U.S. Open champion and his 11 teammates face a day physically and mentally exhausting punishing session immediately following the Friday time more than seven hours.
After halving the fourballs match alongside fellow Ulsterman Rory McIlroy against Stuart Cink and Kuchar Mutt this morning, who immediately began their preparations foursomes before facing the same opponents.
European players and U.S. 24 to be created in the course at once as the organizers tried to revive the schedule and stay on course for a planned finish on Sunday.
After the foursomes, fourballs two other foursomes quartet are also scheduled to start Saturday.
"We've kind of been forced into this scenario," said McDowell.
"But it is important to try to get this thing done on Sunday night.
"I like the system I think is very good for us to play six quartets -. I think we have much strength in depth in our team and really helps our team.
"There have been a little sun today, and the golf course is starting to dry up."
McDowell also paid tribute to his playing partner of 21 years old, who shone in his Ryder Cup debut.
"Rory and I fought when we were there last night, and were very happy when the game was suspended and could get home, get a good sleep and regroup all guns blazing for today," he added.
"That half point was very valuable to us personally.
"To play with Rory was great, he's a good friend of mine. To view the hole the putt he made on 17 and really get in the Ryder Cup was unbelievable."

Nearly all praised the warm Welsh players as the Ryder Cup came here for the first time. But on a day in Newport, in 2010 the Ryder Cup, players experienced the real Welsh - driving rain and swirling wind.
The Celtic Manor multi million pound drainage system initially faced as projected downpours hit this part of southeastern Wales, but two hours after American Dustin Johnson hit the first ball of the 38th Ryder Cup, the game was suspended at 0945 GMT due to a waterlogged course.
The relentless flood, wind and soaked streets could no longer take the abuse of Mother Nature as golf became a lottery and not a game of skill, effort and course management.
European stars Luke Donald admitted the "spell of heavy rain" was "too much" for the course and the ball landing in the stagnant water had nowhere to be removed.
It also seems too much for the waterproof American players, the U.S. PGA confirmed, "could not cope with the rain" to Tiger Woods and cooperation had to go shopping at Celtic Manor to buy raincoats they did what they said on the tin.
Now the Welsh Cup 'Ryder may be remembered for the wrong reasons, as it could be the first game in the 83-year history of the tournament you need an extra day due to bad weather-that is, if there is not enough free time before of the singles matches on Sunday morning.
BBC Wales weather presenter Behnaz Akhgar said: "The heavy rain is due to ease after 1400 BST and there will be light rain until late afternoon which will clarify everything.
"No more dry, clear conditions overnight and the wind facility, but there may be a problem with persistent fog in the course until 0900 GMT on Saturday. But after the bright and breezy conditions are expected to help dry the course.
