2010 Ryder Cup Pairings


Americans are turning to Phil Mickelson and Dustin Johnson to begin the defense of the Ryder Cup.
Mickelson and Johnson will face the best players in Europe and the most recent major champions - Lee Westwood and Martin Kaymer - as the parties put in place Friday at the Celtic Manor.

Tiger Woods has a new partner for the Ryder Cup, but not for the team competition. Steve Stricker will play with after they became the first association to go 4-0 in the Presidents Cup last year.
Another twist to Woods - the first time since 1999 that no party will be in the leadoff spot.
While the U.S. Corey Pavin missed Captain Stewart Cink enter the opening ceremony, which recalled put him in the lineup.
