Amir Khan Vs Mark Maidment

Amir Khan is set to face one of their biggest challenges yet in his career in boxing when it comes to defending his title against Mark Maidment title of the WBA junior welterweight title in Las Vegas in a few hours. Khan is one of the youngest champions ever and is ready to defend his title. His opponent is Mark Maidment light welterweight boxer from Buenos Aires, which is currently the Super Lightweight champion.
The fight is scheduled for 20:00 PT, the time in Las Vegas, which means you will be at about 4 am GMT.
In weighing, Khan was a kilo heavier than Maiden, which shows that there is a clear advantage, but the weight Khan is the bookies favorite.
Khan should not underestimate his opponent with an impressive record. The Argentine 27 years has fought in 30 fights winning 29, 27 by knockout, and one loss. His defeat was against Andriy Kotelnik in Germany.
Khan has defeated the opponent who beat Maidana, Kotelnik and has an equally impressive history. 24 year old Briton has had 24 fights, winning 23, 17 by knockout, and lost only one. His loss was a knockout in round 1 against Breidis Prescott.
Hopefully the fight will be exciting and explosive! If you tune in?
