Randy Moss Trade To Vikings

Football is a game of winners and losers ... unless a tie. But no matter what stick with my premise here. With Randy Moss trade to the Vikings, there were plenty of winners and losers. Some are obvious, others less so. Let's break that went ahead and got their heads kicked in. After the jump.

Vikes fans did not want to trade Moss' Well, Moss is at home, and you should be happy. I am. I missed the big play ability and excitement in the field that gave us seven years, completed the Bitch Slap at Lambeau in 2004. Every time a quarterback for the Vikings dropped back to pass and threw to Moss, there was a provision that could take a 6-yard line in 80 yards for a touchdown. I do not think about Vikings to another receiver Percy Harvin joined the team last year, and the Vikings have had trouble replacing the big play ability Moss since he left. Now, Moss and Harvin are on the same team ... Sidney Rice when he returns. Oh. Mi. God.
All other Vikes fans There was a vocal contingent of Viking fans who wanted Moss gone, and I get that. Spent a night (or two) in prison, he played when he wanted to play, he liked a little quirky grass (supposedly) and was generally a pain in the ass in a bad mood. But those of you who were happy to see Moss go should be happy to see him return, because it creates the type of press and rumors that the Vikings kept moving towards a new stadium and stay in Minnesota. I find it somewhat ironic that the two major villains in the minds of many Viking fans will be the main catalyst to the Vikes get a new stadium and stay in Minnesota.
Wilf, Zygi Wilf will do everything possible to put a winner on the field and secure funding for a new stadium, and I love him. No, seriously, like the one class the children would love. It's great to have the football version of George Steinbrenner running the Vikings and spares no expense to try to get a Super Bowl. This was a great trade to realize both views, and is the latest in a long series of great moves in front office since Zygi Wilf became owner.
Favre, Brett Favre was so upset that Green Bay does not apply to Moss trade in 2007 that Ted Thompson took off his Christmas card list and stop sending Wrangler jeans. Then he retired. Then marketed. Why? Because Favre understands that if it could possibly match the best quarterback and the best receiver in the league in a team, it goes a long way to win a Super Bowl. Oh, you need a great defense and a running game that can pound an opponent into dust, too. What? The Vikings have that? Yes, yes they do and Favre now has the best receiver in the game to pull to just do their job much easier.
Moss-Most fans what is past is past, and remember the good times. Moss will be loved here as if they were added in another site will be re-energized and motivated to play with Favre and his hometown for first, and probably have a contract extension that would give New England. Returns to a Minnesota team that is as talented as the team left, so it still is in search of Super Bowl, and now gets to play with a man who has long admired Brett Favre. She also gets to play New England in a few weeks, and for my part I can not wait.
Patriots-Randy Good is the most feared receiver in the NFL. Randy is a bad thing angry discontent that really can drag a team down. It did not seem as if at that time with the Patriots, but could have seen this happen? In a word, yes. If the Pats were not going to give him an extension, it made sense to move now and a third-round pick (who resigned to 4 when he received it from the Raiders, so to win there) and get rid of before he became a distraction. The Patriots now have two picks each in the first round, second and third draft of next year. Damn ... just damn.
Adrian Peterson-He who thinks that Chris Johnson will still put to better Adrian Peterson numbers, please go see yourself into rehab. The Vikings' offense now has mismatches mismatches, and no way to defend at a time. You can not bring 8 in the box on a more regular basis, unless you want a job as defensive coordinator, and that the benefits of AP. Oh, and can not fall back into a deep zone and double Moss and rather Harvin. Well you can, but that is stupid, too. Moss opens up the running game like Sidney Rice and Percy Harvin, as good as they are, no. Peterson will run wild, and when defenses start to focus on him, Favre to Moss at the top. Dear Sweet Jesus, I can hardly wait.
Darrell Bevell "Well, at this point I think I could run this offense. I mean, my God, you have an offensive line that has come to be pretty good. You have a player of All-Pro caliber in TE, WR, WR, WR again (when he returns from injury), RB, and the quarterback. Seriously, I just entered the meeting room and laugh every day, knowing I was going to leave the hell out of any defense that it was against. Then I would masturbate to the idea of offensive weapons at my disposal. If this offense can not score at will, then Darrell Bevell should be degraded to high school JV coach special teams. If these expectations are not realistic? Of course they are. I do not care.
