Write a discordant note against the order of the majority, Justice Dharam Veer Santiago on Monday said it was not consulted by the other two judges before denying the request for mediation, and has directed all parties to approach the court before 23 September if a compromise is reached between them.

Justice Sharma, in his order, said there were no reasonable grounds to believe that the applicant (Tripathi Ramesh Chandra) and Akhada Nirmohee are willing to resolve the dispute.
