Top Chef Winner Is Kevin

Willingboro's Kevin Sbraga - who has cooked in some of the best restaurants in the region - was named winner of the seventh season of the Bravo series Top Chef.
Sbraga, 31, saw the final episode taped Wednesday at the Osteria restaurant in North Philadelphia between a private party including his wife, Jesmary, and their two children. His awards are $ 125,000, an expansion in Food & Wine magazine, and show in the magazine's annual event in Aspen, Colorado
