National Book Festival 2010

Former first lady Laura Bush is a guest on the National Book Festival this year, which began in 2001 at the National Mall.
Bush plans to join the party Saturday as an author, probably talking about his memoir, "spoken from the heart" about his eight years in the White House. This is the 10 th National Book Festival organized by the Library of Congress.
President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama are the president of honor of the festival. The library says that more than 100,000 people attended the festival in recent years.
It runs from 10 am to 5:30 pm Saturday at the mall between 3 and 7 blocks.
Billionaire investor David Rubenstein pledged $ 5 million in May to ensure the party continues in the coming years.
