The wedding follows the arrival of the couple's first child together. Knoxville and Nelson welcomed son Akira Clapp Rocko last December. Knoxville, whose real name is Philip John Clapp, also has a teenage daughter, Madison, from his marriage to Melanie Clapp ex.
Although his career took off outrageous stunts, Knoxville and his new wife have mostly kept a low profile, and actor says Nelson remains calm.
"I have the luck to be with someone, and I'm happy," said Knoxville.com. "I feel very lucky. I'm not running all the time. I do not party as much as it used to. I do not party constantly and constantly battling myself. I am with someone, and we are very, very happy."
Knoxville's next move is decidedly more bizarre than it is legal with his ladyfriend. The actor appears in the latest installment of the joke full of success, "Jackass 3-D", which lands in theaters Oct. 15. Although he and "Jackass" friends like Steve-O and Bam Margera has been conducting elaborate pranks for years, revealed that Knoxville still shot tons of footage for the upcoming movie.
"The man who shot so many things. Great things is beyond me so much because only surpassed film," Knoxville told MTV News earlier this month. Said cutting bits in the room will be available on DVD which will hit shelves this holiday season. "That's going to be '[Jackass] 3.5" which comes out at Christmas. "
