Latest news on ayodhya verdict

The Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court has ordered that the disputed holy site in Ayodhya is divided into three parts: one third for the Hindu Mahasabha, a third of Sunni Waqf Board and a third for Nirmohi Akharas.

The three judges of the Allahabad High Court, including judges SU Khan, Sudhir Sharma and Agarwal DV today issued a split verdict on 60 years old suit Ayodhya title.

Most believed that the disputed land in Ayodhya was a common property held by the three plaintiffs know Hindu Mahasabha, Akhar Nirmohi and Sunni Central Waqf Board. YOUR Justice Khan said the mosque was built by Babar, not the demolition of a temple, but on the ruins of a temple.

According to Chief Standing Counsel of the UP Government, Devendra Upadhaya, the two judges namely Khan and Agarwal judges ruled that the disputed property was divided equally (one third each) between the three parties. Justice DV Sharma has been categorical that the land belongs to Hindus and rejected the claim of the Sunni Waqf Board.

However, the whole bank is of the opinion that the central dome of the structure of Hindu Mahasabha dispute goes to where the idols were installed in 1949 and again in 1992 after the demolition of the Babri mosque. The Rasoi Sita and Ram chabootara have given Nirmohi Akharas.

The bank has also managed to maintain the status quo of three months and invited suggestions from all parties to the demarcation of the land.

Given the above, the nation has been put on high alert. Uttar Pradesh has become a fortress with thousands of personnel patrolling the streets paramilitaries.

The intelligence network is on high alert across the state to monitor the movement and activities of anti-social elements.Aerial surveys of "sensitive sites", including the RAM Janmbhoomi complex in Ayodhya has been made, police said.
