Katy Perry Sesame Street Season

Considering how many albums sold and how many weeks spent in the top of the Billboard Hot 100, almost everyone wants to be associated with Katy Perry and her new album teen dream. Or rather, the whole world, but the Children's Television Workshop, which decided to pull Perry's appearance on the show scheduled to air later this year. After drawing Perry video circulated online, the "Sesame Street", the producers decided not to air the TV segment. The piece in question Perry joined with Elmo for a version of the singer's "Hot N 'Cold." In a statement, the producers of "Sesame Street", he said, "In light of the information we have received in the music video for Katy Perry, who was released on YouTube alone, we decided that it will air the segment TV channel 'Sesame Street', which is aimed at preschoolers. Katy Perry, fans will still be able to view the video on YouTube. "
Although Perry team in the "Sesame Street" segment shows the singer's neck does not seem so alarming (and certainly no more alarming than Perry lyrics of "California Gurls," which no doubt the same pre-school children sing when it comes on the radio in the car). "Sesame Street" has a history with stars that do not necessarily have an appeal for the family, including stars like Usher (often shirtless), Red Hot Chili Peppers (often pantsless) and Tyra Banks (often without shame). Further, the presumption of the whole sketch is that Perry and Perry Elmo wants to play dress-up, suggesting that not even in their normal clothes. Perry new Elmo-ized version of "Hot N Cold" is quite large, and delivers a fun message be fickle, and it is a bummer that it will be branded as "the girl who was too sexy for 'Sesame Street'."
