Greg Giraldo Death Rumor


For a host and a program whose mandate is to take the day's events and make it acceptable for a public in search of a late-night laughs, this was not the kind of news from Jon Stewart and his "Daily Show" team wanted fight: Wednesday, Greg Giraldo, fiercely funny comedic staples and celebrity roasts for Comedy Central, died after being hospitalized on Saturday for a drug overdose.
