Lawyers for the men, now 20 and 21, says he filed the lawsuit Tuesday in DeKalb County Court. The Associated Press generally does not identify people who report having been victims of sexual impropriety.
Craig Gillen, an attorney with Long, the pastor said yesterday "categorically denies the allegations."
"We find it unfortunate that these two young people take this course of action," said Gillen, who added that long has not yet been served with copies of the lawsuits.
Men were 17 - and 18 members Long New Birth Missionary Baptist Church in Lithonia, when they say long abused their spiritual authority to seduce them with cars, money, clothes, jewelry, international travel, and access to celebrities.
BJ Bernstein, a lawyer representing the plaintiffs, said that when the relationship began, the applicants went beyond the legal age of consent in Georgia, which is 15.
