1. It is being claimed by Hindus that the disputed site was the birthplace of Lord Rama. The court must decide whether it really well.2. The court also must decide whether a Hindu temple was demolished at the site of the Babri mosque now stands. If so, then when was it built?3. It is also believed that some of the Indians placed the idols of Lord Rama in the mosque on the night of December 23, 1949. The court needs to authenticate the facts in this regard as well.4. From a legal standpoint, purely, some issues should be addressed as well. For example if the claim is barred or not.5. The court must make a firm decision on the disputed status of the site (both exterior and interior patio of the site.) Who is the rightful owner of the land dispute Hindus or Muslims?
As the court's verdict, we hope the public announcement of the honorable decision is likely to come in around 5 pm.
