The plaintiff in the case decided on Thursday was the Uttar Pradesh Sunni Central Waqf Board, which oversees these properties in the state where the city of Ayodhya. Ram Lalla
This refers to the Hindu idols placed in the central dome of the mosque, apparently in 1949. The phrase specifically refers to Ram as a baby or small child.
