The main theme of the movie is that top-secret government agency receives a mysterious killer attacked outsider. Head of the Agency gets killed by an unknown assassin, and the hero of the film, which gets code-named "Fool" has arrived just in time to participate in this chaos. The mysterious assassin / spy planted a bomb in the agency and the Fool should think of something to save the agency and the agents in it, along with their help to prove that he is working.
The overall theme of the movie action / adventure / comedy, and the actors perform the role of agents to do all the actions and adventures of things in such a cheerful way that the audience just keeps laughing so hard. The film is a perfect combination of action and comedy, and most of the comedy comes from the nature of the "Chariot", which leaves no stone unturned to bring the humor in each situation.
