The medical examiner's office in Cook County on Thursday said Anita Kustok of Orland Park was pronounced dead Wednesday at Palos Community Hospital of a gunshot wound to the head.
Authorities say the Kustok 58 years old, worked at Central Elementary School in Riverside. His son was northwest of the Big Ten title in 2000. His daughter, Sarah Kustok, is a reporter for Comcast SportsNet.
