The sophomore caught 12 passes for 171 yards, both career highs, and had two touchdowns as the Colts moved away from the Broncos in the second half.
Collie 23-yard touchdown catch from Peyton Manning gave the Colts a two-touchdown advantage with 4:26 remaining. Manning hit Collie on a 5-yard pass for a 13-0 advantage in the second quarter.
It was the third straight game this season Manning has thrown three TD passes and four-time NFL MVP has not been compromised. He completed 27 of 43 passes for 325 yards.
The Colts (2-1) suffered early with a goal-line stand in the second quarter, the Broncos (1-2) failed to score in four plays.
But the Colts' defense also struggled in pass coverage as former Purdue quarterback Kyle Orton threw for a career-high 476 yards. The receiver Brandon Lloyd also set a new personal best with 169 receiving yards.
Of Lloyd's 48-yard touchdown pass early in the third quarter ended a Colts' 13-10.
Despite allowing 505 total yards, the Colts are hardened with three stops in the red zone.
Manning's other TD pass went undrafted Blair White, who made his NFL debut in place of injured Pierre Garcon. White caught one pass for nine yards in the third quarter.
The Colts also played without starting left tackle Charlie Johnson, who played the last two weeks with a sprained right foot. Undrafted rookie Jeff Linkenbach started for Johnson.
The Colts travel to AFC South rival Jacksonville (1-2) next Sunday. The Broncos will be in Tennessee.
