Miami(Florida) New Coach Al Golden

Miami (Florida) is ready to start a new golden era for its football team. The Golden Temple has accepted an offer to become the next football hurricanes, according to The Miami Herald.
The Golden Temple was a record of 8-4 in 2010, but the Owls will not be invited to a bowl game.
Golden, 41, led the Owls to a 8-4 record this season, but the Owls were not invited to a bowl game. The success of this year comes after the House was 9-4 in 2009 and played for EagleBank Bowl, the first postseason game of the school since 1979.
The former Penn State player and assistant was seen as a possible successor to Joe Paterno. Golden also spent five seasons as Virginia's defensive coordinator before taking the Temple job in 2006.
Montreal Alouettes coach Marc Trestman, Connecticut coach Randy Edsall and Texas Tech coach Tommy Tuberville reportedly other finalists for the job.
