Nancy Pelosi First Women Speaker Wins Election 2010 Results


The first speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi, will retire from his post. After an overwhelming Republican victory Tuesday, hammer the President's willingness to go to Ohio Representative John Boehner. Pelosi did when the re-election Tuesday night in San Francisco, but currently it is unclear as to whether or not he will serve his term 13. Republican speakers, including Newt Gingrich and Dennis Hastert, in general, to resign his post after losing the majority. One of the most influential women in politics, Pelosi said "the election result does not diminish the work we have done for the American people."
