According to reports, Hall filed a lawsuit against his former bandmates Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush two years ago. Hall said that because of their participation in the creation of the band's 2004 debut album, which was owed a third of the profits made by Sugarland after she left the group to pursue a solo career.
Details of the agreement were not announced.
Last week, Sugarland was awarded his fourth award for CMA Vocal Duo of the Year. The duo also won two Grammys last year.
