It was December 2007, TMZ reported that an exclusive on Tony Parker, saying: "TMZ has obtained a lawsuit filed by Tony Parker - Eva husband - against X17 ... that published reports and text messages alleging that he cheated Eva Longoria shortly after the couple married. "
The complaint Parker said: "X17 had to know that the story was false, or at least, he had serious doubts about the credibility of its supposed source .... [X17 never sought] to verify the information with Mr. Parker Ms. Longoria, any of its representatives or .... Any other person who may have knowledge of the truth or falsity of the allegations. "
TMZ says of his mistake today that "Eve's representative tells us that Tony did not show and do not even have a divorce lawyer."
