Dee Hart Will Attend University of Michigan


Coveted high school running back Dee Hart has announced he will attend the University of Michigan next year, it was reported numerous media on Friday.
Earlier this week, the Orlando Sentinel reported that Hart, via text message, said he was "leaning toward Alabama." But after running for 267 yards and scored four touchdowns in the 45-0 victory for his team at Dr. Phillips High over Boone Friday night, Hart, Orlando, Florida, revealed that his talent would take Michigan football appreciated .
Perhaps one of the biggest factors for the change of heart is that Hart seems to fit more in Michigan spread option offense better than he could fit in the Alabama offensive scheme. In addition, former teammate Ricardo Phillips Miller is now a recipient of Michigan and is also believed to have played in making Hart.
A recruiting analyst, said Hart graduates can early high school, probably in January, so that would be eligible to participate in the U of M spring practice about seven months from now.
Hart is 5-9 and 185 pounds. Owns 4.4 of speed, which serves him well both running the ball and kick returner. Rivals.com puts him as the new No. 1 in general use in the country, ESPN.com and Scout.com while placing it No. 9.
Includes game Friday night, Hart has rushed for 836 yards and 16 touchdowns in the first five games Phillips. He is the player 11 from high school to commit to Michigan for the 2011 intake.
