Actor Larry Wilcox

On Monday, "Chips" actor Larry Wilcox was all smiles in Hollywood as he celebrated the Day 04/10, which honors and celebrates the work of police officers do. Then came Thursday, when federal regulators accused was after several promoters penny, including Wilcox, according to the Los Angeles Times.
The promoters were captured in "several illegal kickback schemes to manipulate the volume and price of microcap stocks and illegally selling stock build," said Securities and Exchange Commission.
An undercover sting operation was set up and freight companies, including Wilcox UC Hub Group Inc., allegedly "arranged these illegal operations" at the SEC, U.S. Attorney and the FBI.
Wilcox starred in the classic 1977-1983 television show "CHiPs" as a motorcycle officer with actor Erik Estrada.
