West Indian Labor Day Parade 2010

It is Labor Day 2010, Monday, 06 September, and for some that means that sales and trading, while for others it means thinking of the story of the day and what it means for men and women. For many others, though the Labor Day means it's time for the annual West Indian American Parade and Carnival in Brooklyn, New York, one of the biggest cultural events of the year. This year marks the traditional Labor Day parade will celebrate its 42nd anniversary.
The parade is a celebration of all the Caribbean and is glad everything related to heritage and culture of the West Indies, but should not feel that it must be of the West Indies to join the fun. In this parade all are welcome to come and enjoy and see the thousands of protesters, listening to Caribbean music and enjoy delicious food in the region, according to chiff.com.
