PAGAN’S ABSENCE


After a day of scheduling medical appointments for her daughter, Mets outfielder Angel Pagan came to Citi Field around 6:45 pm Friday. His family moved from Puerto Rico to see doctors in the city.
For now Pagan had resolved the situation, was 5 hours of traffic jams. He Slogger through stagnation and arrived at the stadium, where Jerry Manuel asked if he could play.
"I told him I need some time," Pagan said after the 6-4 loss to Atlanta. "From the day was always a problem. So that guy gave me the day off."
