Michael Bolton could have been thrown out of "Dancing with the Stars" Tuesday night, but the judge's rude comments Monday night that he is angry.
After the singer 57 years old, made a strong swing, which began in a dog house, Tonioli called it "the worst in 11 seasons Jive."
"I think he should publicly apologize and be reprimanded for it," Bolton said, "Good Morning America." "You heard the tone. Even Len [Goodman] stopped him and said, "That is inappropriate."
Tonioli given Bolton and his partner, Chelsie Hightower, a low score of three out of 10, prompting host Tom Bergeron joked, "We have a 3?"
"You should have taken the bone and has gone back to the doghouse," Bruno said the couple. "You made it very, very, very bad."
Bolton said "GMA" that he was offended because his mother 90 years old, had flown down to see the show that night. The Grammy Award winner, he spoke about the incident to host Brooke Burke before it was removed, saying he found the comments "inappropriate and disrespectful."
Even his pro partner Tonioli thought was out of line.
"It's very unpleasant when someone works so hard, and have never danced before, and then gives that critical," said Hightower usmagazine.com. "If it worked and was lazy and never went into the studio, that's one thing, but the fact that someone like Michael Bolton come here and pour your heart and then treat them like that, is not a good thing."
