Rapper 28-year-old, who is in jail for weapons charges Rikers Island, released his eighth album, "I am not a human being" online on Monday.
"My family, I like doing things for him for his birthday, do you hear?" Rapper Birdman and Weezy aide told MTV.com. "This time, we do not first have the opportunity. But he is putting a new album called" I'm a human being. "We pop bottles while he is gone."
The online version has 10 tracks, while the album does not fall on the shelves of a record store until 12 October, which will feature three bonus tracks.
"I wanted to put" I am not a human being "to show people who is always in the building," said Birdman music website.
Lil Wayne is set to serve 39 days in his sentence before he comes home on November 4.
"We are excited you are about to go home," he told MTV.com Birdman. "He's happy. He wants to leave that place. There is no place for him to be."
Lil Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter, was sent to prison in March after pleading guilty in October to felony gun charges involving a semiautomatic pistol found on his tour bus in 2007.
