Hurricane Hermine New Season

With only four days until the height of hurricane season, it seems that things could be getting a lot worse in the near future. From now, the only two storms are on Gaston and Hermine. None of these storms is expected to threaten America or, more specifically, the area of Florida. Currently, the National Hurricane Center has stated that Gaston outlook is about 300 kilometers east of the Leeward Islands, and over 1,000 miles of Palm Beach.

Almost all computer models have shown that both storms hit Florida will be avoided. Gaston is expected to head to the west below Cuba and has a 70 percent chance of regeneration in a tropical depression or storm over the next two days.

Hermine is the eighth named storm of the season, and has great potential to become the next hurricane. Is expected to make landfall in the northern state of Tamaulipas in Mexico, and also could hit southeastern Texas. However, the storm is forming very close to the land that most experts do not provide for the strengthening of the storm. Hermine sustained winds of 60 MPH are sitting now, and would have to earn an additional 15 miles per hour before the storm is considered a hurricane.
Although over the storm is expected to form in the next few days from now there seems no significant threat to any piece of land.
