A number of colored balls moving up the Google Doodle which details the name of the company. As soon as the user moves the mouse cursor over the name, the balls spread.
The bubble logo is a celebration of some sort, but there is only speculation about what the super search engine is celebrating today. Google periodically changes its name will appear on the home page to commemorate significant dates, holidays and world events. When users clicked on the Doodle in the past, the reason for the design is shown as a search result generated.
Google might be celebrating its anniversary of the company --- usually marks the event on September 7 or 27 according to Softpedia. The balls seem to be styled radio divs with CSS border attribute them round with the JavaScript code to control movement.
There is also speculation that Google is promoting HTML5, the latest version of HTML that offers more capabilities to show interactive content on the Internet. It could also be the last attempt of Google Chrome showing in your browser.
bubbles screen today is the third interactive Google Doodle that the company has produced this year. In May, Google helped celebrate the 30th anniversary of man classic arcade game Pac. One area of animation was incorporated into the logo last week to help celebrate the 25th anniversary of the discovery of the buckyball "carbon molecule.
