Many months, and some casting decisions, Michael Imperioli later we have the network back in the alphabet with a weapon in tow. More recently, Imperioli played Detective Ray Carling in the American version of the classic British TV Life on Mars. Unfortunately, life on Mars was an adaptation shameful that only lasted one season.
So, here we are in the beginning of a new fall season with Imperioli one step forward for the board again. A new police drama based in a town outside of New York or Los Angeles, mixed with a unique documentary style, proves to be a winner?
Detectives investigating Fitch Washington and a double homicide at a pharmacy. Was it a drug robbery gone bad or something completely different? Meanwhile, Mahajan Longford and try to find the murderer of a lawyer (a lawyer with a lot of enemies). When crossed both cases, the detectives are in a race against time to stop the killing, which culminated in a high-speed chase and a dangerous confrontation, putting the police in danger.
This season, ABC appears to be using a television documentary look two pilots possible - in a bid to bring a new twist to the tired genre of television. Fortunately, outside the two series since this stylization - My Generation is the other - Detroit 187 comes out on top. Unfortunately, after viewing My Generation, you will notice that the output at the top is not exactly a hard feat to achieve (given the poor compliance Generation).
