Miss Mexico Jimena Navarrete won the competition and crowned by Miss Universe 2009 Stefania Fernández. It was a colorful event that was also full of emotion. Everyone was waiting anxiously to see who would be crowned the winner of this year.
The top 5 contestants are Miss Universe 2010 - Miss Mexico Jimena Navarrete, Miss Jamaica Yendi Phillipps, first runner-up Miss Australia Jesinta runner Campbell, Miss Ukraine Anna Poslavska third finalist, Miss Philippines Venus Raj placed fourth.
The event was hosted by Natalie Morales and rapper Bret Michaels and was held at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas. The judges scored the contestants after a suit and round of questions and during the round of questions for each contestant tried to impress the panel with excellent responses.
The 22-year-old fourth runner-up Miss Philippines Venus Raj asked:

As Judge William Baldwin completed his first question for all Ramirez thanked him for asking a wonderful question and responded:
