This year's Gala of Excellence Montes has been described by Blair O Neal, "Paroud of Texas". This is the great evening in the honor of 2010 hometown heroes.

The Respectable presidents will be Senator Tommy Williams and Marsha. The ceremony will be hosted by Art Rascon, new anchor of KTRK-TV 13 Eyewitness News, the Houston affiliate of ABC.
