Dee Snider Reality Show "Growing Up Twisted"

Dee Snider who is starring in the E and the reality show "Growing Up Twisted" has worn many hats in his time. Most people think of him in his days fronting Twisted Sister, where the only thing higher than the volume of music hair. In fact, Daniel "Dee" Snider quite an experienced businessman, loving father, a stable and very precise man, who flies in the face of control stage persona

Born in 1955, in Astoria, New York, Dee was a member of the choir, as well as a member of the All-State Chorus as a member of Baldwin HS Concert Choir.
This is in large part where Dee has developed a signature style, which could move from the rough and ready melodic in a heartbeat. Although not many people took the time to really listen to his voice from a technical point of view of skill set, Di amazing range and is very proud with the flexibility to meet the vocals that are matched with any style of music in a way that actually meets.

Snyder is unlikely to have found fame quickly. He joined the Twisted Sister in 1976, spent six years in clubs and on the road before the gap studio album, "Under the Blade" in the UK, and then another two years to get the album in the distribution of major in the U.S. It was the album "Stay Hungry", and then everything will change. This is not an instant success, but it was that MTV must it was a great visual concept with the music. When "Come Out and Play" blow it sold 500,000 copies and became an instant favorite video MTV.

That's when Tipper Gore and her PMRC organization decided to take on the music - in particular heavy metals, Twisted Sister by name. Although everyone expected Frank Zappa talk circles around Gore and her band of dunderheads was Dee Snider, who put her and the Congress in its place. They judge Snyder on stage looks like without their opponent has chosen to speak English, law, and, more specifically, the logical meaning of the answers to their questions, which years later still to make them look stupid to ask.

By 1987, when "Love Is for Suckers" was released in the world of music has not changed. While this may indeed be the best Twisted Sister album a musical point of view, it does not have much support video previous efforts, nor enjoyed a strong round. Snyder continued to write music for a few more years, but never struck gold again. He began his radio hosting "house of hair" in 1997 and began writing music for other artists - even Celine Dion, who wrote "The Magic of Christmas (God Bless us all), not knowing Snyder wrote it.

From 1999 until about 2008 Snyder hosted several radio programs, appeared in films and on television. It is mostly remembered for his stay on the reality show "Country Gone" and Gordon Ramsey's "Kitchen Nightmares", where he appeared only once, but it was absolutely unforgettable. It all led to his own reality show "Growing Up Twisted", which will look like in some respects to colleagues E reality show "Gene Simmons Family Jewels."

Snyder was married to his wife, Suzette, since 1981 after they met when she worked as a costume designer Twisted Sister's. They have four children, and although none of them, as a famous father, their eldest son Jesse took the show MTV countdown during the year. Snyder is an independent professed practicing Christians and active supporter of a political, but he is registered as a Republican, he has repeatedly stated that when he casts his ballot, he voted for the best candidate, not necessarily the party line.
