Cake Boss Arrested Is A Rumor

The brother-in-law "Cake Boss" TV star Buddy Valastro has been arrested in New Jersey and charged with sexually assaulting a minor.
Police said 32-year-old Remy "Remy" Gonzalez, of East Hanover was arrested Aug. 17 and is facing multiple sexual assault and endangering charges of abuse.
A spokesman for the Morris County prosecutor, said Gonzalez's office remains in the Correctional Facility in Morris County $ 300,000 bail. So far it is unknown whether Gonzales has hired a lawyer.
Gonzalez appears as a cake decorator in the popular TLC network reality show, which follows a family bakery in Hoboken, New Jersey, which produces cakes made to order.
