American punk Fugazi formed in Washington, DC. Fronted ex-Minor Threat vocalist Ian MacKaye, and ex-Rites of Spring singer Guy Picciotto, Fugazi equally well known for their anti-corporate politics, as well as their stubborn refusal to charge big money for their performances.
